4. Event Attendance & Participation
4.1 Attendance at INEED 2025 is subject to ticket acquiring and registration. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual without reason.
4.2 Event itineraries, speakers, exhibitors and schedules are subject to change without notice.
4.3 Attendees must comply with all health, safety and venue regulations.
5. Media & Photography
5.1 Events at INEED 2025 will have media coverage by ZPN Energy’s media team, Superhub. This will include photography, videography and live streaming.
5.2 By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in promotional materials, event recordings and post event communications.
5.3 If you do not wish to be included in media coverage, please inform a member of staff upon arrival or email info@zpnenergy.com before the event. Failure to do so will result in acceptance of compliance to be appear in promotional materials, event recordings and post event communications.
6. Liability
6.1 The content on our website is provided without guarantees as to accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude:
- All conditions, warranties and other implied terms.
- Liability for direct, indirect or consequential loss incurred in connection with our website.
